Kiwanis meeting
Former Frederick City Alderman Bill Hall
recently entertained members of the Kiwanis Club of Surburban Frederick with
stories of his childhood, military service, local employment and service to
Frederick as a city alderman. Hall was presented with a miniature Kiwanian bell
— a token of the club’s appreciation for his visit. Pictured, from left, are
