Wanda Bailey, director of the Frederick
County Ambulance Transport program, recently spoke to members of the Kiwanis
Club of Surburban Frederick about the benefits of subscribing to the Ambulance
Subscription Club. For a small annual fee, individuals and families may avoid
expensive bills for emergency ambulance transport services provided by all
Frederick County local fire and rescue companies. At right is Jim Krysiek, club
